All produce is sourced locally where possible and daily specials appear on the

dinner menus including homemade soup and an interesting vegetarian option. Every dish is cooked to order by our French chef, whose specialities include seared Wexford scallops carbonara
, roast lamb cooked to perfection and possibly the best
crème brûlee in Ireland. Try a ‘Gilbert's special’ for
breakfast with toast and coffee; fresh fish for
lunch and
dinner and finish with a selection of
Irish cheese or our homemade ice cream – who can resist such temptation? Or just call in for a pichet of wine and something to nibble after a long day at the office. The restaurant can cater for small private parties which can be tucked away in two cosy alcoves set back from the main dining area.
